My name is André A.W. Andreasen, and I am an experienced leader with a strong passion for enhancing psychological safety, self-awareness, and leadership. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with both Danish and international teams, focusing on creating effective, well-being-oriented environments that foster innovation and collaboration.
